I would like to share with you one simple strategy in creating income with your own website. This is just one method out of simply millions that you could create for yourself. With this website I treat all my affiliate products as purely residual income, much like adsense. Adsense itself generates for me, on this website, on average around $2 per day. I also use various other companies affiliate products, which generate around $200 per month. Also within the website, I sell e-book informational products, which I own the full resale rights for, which generate around $700 per month. And here lies the answer to making money online, no matter what you sell. The products, that generate the most income, are the ones that you will own yourself. Certainly I should be making more from the affiliate info products that I sell. But I lose commissions through simple affiliate url tampering. Commissions that are stolen or lost are a real pain. You can try every method in the book to protect your affiliate codes. But after all the hard work is done, you still lose that valuable income. You can find amazing e-books that have free resell rights and the information they contain is really valuable. You will find these types of treasures occasionally, and the lights will start flashing in your eyes when you do. The information that you have just discovered is of value and that is a real key to success. This is why I, at this point, strongly emphasize the importance of this one principle. Only sell products that you feel strongly about and you know that will be of great value to the person who may purchase it. That includes products you have bought the resale rights for, or a free product, you have discovered with resale rights.

If you sell strong products with real informational value consistently you will always succeed. Your customers will return, quite simply because they know where the value of the information they seek is the greatest. And that is at your website. "She returned my call 16 hours later and informed me that due to the specific nature of the Product in question (i.e., the ebook "Get Google Ads Free!") their team at Google secured the product, read it all the way trough, and then realizing it would NOT hurt their revenue but actually increase it, they immediately un-paused and resumed our ads"

Amazing! They actually got what amounts to a Signed Certificate of APPROVAL from Google itself!

Therefore, anyone who questions the truth or legality concerning "Get Google Ads Free!" need not fret at all.
Yet, the usual "naysayers" seemed to ignore the obvious fact that if Google had a problem with "Get Google Ads Free!" then we all wouldn't be seeing all the PPC ads at Google each time we type in the keywords and phrases:
- free ads
- free advertising
- "Get Google Ads Free"
- free ppc
- free adwords
And so forth!
Yet, there are many very stubborn, even foolish, among us ...

> The "Crybaby Syndrome <

To be fair, I must also inform you of those who seem to be out to get the company for sharing their amazing secret with the world.
In what seems nothing more than a ploy to get attention, a UK online firm operated by two "wanna-be" law students have a Blog that talks the usual trash about the Product.
The Blog's owner, Rob Scott, talks a big game by claiming the secret system to be nothing short of a scam! He even recklessly throws around the potentially libelous phrase ".con (Ooops, I
meant .com)" as an attempt at childish humor in order to bash the firm's name.
What's shocking is that this individual is actually a student of law (at least that's what he claims) so one would think that he should perhaps check out the facts before proceeding with such
careless remarks.
After all, he admits severally that he "never even ordered the ebook" so how could he truly know one way or the other if it was a valid system - not to mention it is assumed he's at least reasonably intelligent since (according to him) he got into law school, that he would be able to see for himself the firm's Affiliates' ads all over Google, and therefore reason that Google itself is perhaps the firm's chief supporter.
But stubbornness abounds, I suppose.
Ironically Rob says that the only reason he attacks the firm is because "it's a no brainer that this must be a scam," and he got "tired of seeing all those little AdSense ads on his page that people kept clicking on" (which by the way only stood to make him lots of M0NEY!) -- yet he accepts donations on his site as a poor, struggling law student in need of paying for his education, and rather than legitimately earn an income from AdSense with an APPROVED Product.
Sadly, Rob actually censors most of his Blog so that others who wish to post POSITIVES concerning "Get Google Ads Free!" can't even do so. (But what would you expect from a "wanna-be" lawyer?)
He even posts what appears to be an actual response by the firm's lawyer, but which is perhaps nothing more than his own posts disguised and designed to make himself look better (as anyone can see that the dialogue appears "manufactured" instead of genuine).
What some people will do to project themselves as "Savior to the rest of us" and "The People's Advocate." How ridiculous indeed.
Despite the "crybaby" from across the pond, Rob Snot (Ooops! I must have meant Rob Scott!) has failed miserably to put even a dent in the firm's sales!
Plus, traffic is on the rise shooting up from an average of 14,000 visitors daily to now well above 20,000 visitors daily (an increase of 42% in daily traffic alone! -- Keep up the good work, Rob!!)
Anyway, don't be dissuaded in your decision to build your online business by eliminating your Google AdWords costs, as the course "Get Google Ads Free!" not only reveals precisely how you can do this, but it goes 10 steps further by giving you all kinds of other amazing strategies I can't even begin to allude to here.

A large part of Google's multi-billion dollar annual turnover comes from its nifty AdSense advertising program. The software enables website owners to drop in a piece of code to their pages that then serves advertisements provided by Google.

I have been a participant in the Adsense program for a few years now, and a significant chunk of my monthly income comes from this program. I have talked with dozens of different webmasters and publishers and seen thousands of different Adsense sites, and from my own experience I have found that there are really five different levels that Adsense publishers fall on. I will describe each of these levels, and if you yourself are an Adsense publisher then it may be fun to find out where you fall on the spectrum.

First Level of the Adsense Spectrum: Monetizers

The first group is what I call the 'monetizers.' These are the guys that really do not know too much about web design or search engine optimization, they would never imagine worrying about keywords or ad relevancy, and for them just finding that they can copy this super-fabulous amazingly cool javascript code to their website that will actually *earn them money* (!) is just the neatest gosh darn thing they have ever seen. There are a great deal of publishers that fall into this category, and rarely do they ever earn over $150 per month. Not to over-generalize, but older people that have trouble using Windows make up alot of this category. I find that some of these types of people remind me alot of my mother: very kindhearted with good intentions but they type at 10 WPM and they do not have a clue about computers. And they are happier than a kid on Christmas when they log into their Adsense account and see a whopping $0.23 for their daily earnings.

Second Level of the Adsense Spectrum: Wannabes

The second group is the 'adsense wannabes.' I actually feel a bit sorry for this group because they usually end of failing miserably at being an Adsense publisher (that is if they can ever get accepted into the program!) and they accomplish nothing except lowering their already low self-esteem. I can deeply empathize with this group of folks because this is actually where I started out. They approach the Adsense program with a type of 'get rich quick' mentality, sometimes due to the exaggerations of an ebook writer and sometimes because once they begin to learn about the Adsense program their brain has trouble accepting the fact that this is an actual business.

I mean come on, a business is where you work 60 hours per week to make somebody else rich, right? There is no way that you could build up a high 4-figure monthly income from this crazy Adsense thing, is there? Well I hope you know better, and this is the level of thought that these people are stuck at. These are the opportunity seekers, the people that will sign up for a new network marketing 'business opportunity' once per quarter and then whore themselves out to their family and friends because they have failed at everything else and are always jumping back and forth so that they never succeed at anything.

But I do not want to be overly critical, because like I said this is the level at which I started out. These are the people who have been convinced that this is the next big thing and that once they set up a single website they will make enough money to retire. Most of these types will fail to generate any real income and will move on to the next 'big thing.' But those who do start off at this level and stay at it long enough will move up to the third level.

Third Level of the Adsense Spectrum: Noobs

Statistically speaking, if you are reading this then there is a chance that you are an Adsense Noob (short for newbie). It is by far the largest category of Adsense publishers. This is not something to feel bad about, and in fact I consider it to be something to be proud of because you have demonstrated your devotion to learning this new business and actually making a decent residual income with it. If you were not devoted then you would still be at the penniless level of the wannabe, so take heed noob for you are on the path to success.

I define an Adsense Noob as someone who makes less then $300 dollars per month. They are probably pretty intelligent people and are very web-savvy, and they probably read tons of material and ebooks related to Adsense and internet marketing, but they simply cannot seem to get past this invisible threshold that is keeping them from higher profits.

I was stuck at this level for longer then I care to remember, and if you are at this level then please allow me to offer some humble advice that may allow you to advance to either level 4 or 5 depending on your personal preference. If you are really trying hard to make your Adsense earnings high enough to live off of and make a big change in your life (maybe quitting your job) and you are frustrated because you simply cannot figure out what you can possibly do to earn more money, then please for the love of all things good and sacred in this world pick a single website and stick with it!! This was my biggest mistake that kept me at the level of a noob for far too long, because I would pick a new topic and make a new website, and then a few weeks later I would do the same thing to the point that it felt like I was running in place.

If you are like me, sticking with a single website or blog as opposed to trying to build up many different ones simultaneously will be a real turning point for you. Think of it like this: when you go out of your way to focus all your attention like a laser on one single project, you will be building this one website up to a 5 instead of building 5 websites up to a 1. Not only that, but you are literally building up an asset because if your website was making you $2,000 per month on a fairly reliable basis, there is a good chance that you could sell it for 8-14 months of revenue.

Another factor that goes into graduating from the noob level is having all of the information you have been reading about Adsense, traffic generation and internet marketing to sink in on a subconscious level. This can take a while, because you need to read or hear something at least seven times before it will really sink in. But once you keep reading and absorbing information for a long time then it will eventually become habit and you will find that you are able to build highly optimized pages intuitively, and it is at this point that you should be able to move on to level 4 or 5 if you wish.

Fourth Level of the Adsense Spectrum: Empire Builders

Empire builders are the people that approach being an Adsense publisher from the perspective of building a business. They do not mess around, and they spend a decent portion of their mental energy focusing on the cold, hard numbers. The empire builder has many websites, and he/she focuses on things such as finding profitable keywords, improving CTR, discovering which websites topics tend to be the most profitable, testing page configurations and traffic generation methods, and so on. If this does not sound like fun to you, it certainly isn't, and that is what separates the empire builder from the noob.

But just because focusing on improving CTR and split testing page layouts is not exactly fun does not mean that it is hard, and the potential payoff can seriously be worth the inconvenience of taking the time to do it right. There is an important paradigm shift that needs to take place in your awareness if you want to be a successful empire builder: you must realize that your profession is literally to connect advertisers with people who are interested in what they are promoting.

By creating content sites around a certain topic, you are drawing in people who are interested in that topic, and then you are 'giving' those visitors away to other websites that may not be as good at marketing as you are. The main thing to be aware of here is that even though you are building up a base of website visitors with the intention of having them leave your website by clicking on relevant ads, they will be leaving some money in your virtual tip jar as they go! If you are an empire builder, it is important that you do not get too attached to your websites and spend most of your attention focusing on how you can connect your visitors with relevant advertisers.

Fifth Level of the Adsense Spectrum: Adsense Whores

By my choice of words you may think this is a bad thing, but it's not and it can potentially be extremely profitable to be an Adsense whore. The business model of the Adsense whore is to have one single website and have ads appearing on potentially millions of pages on the site. The key distinction here is that most of the time the single website that this person focuses on will be a community site or a networking site, and there will be thousands of members that effectively create unique content each and every day. And with all of the unique pages that your member base is creating, you can place your code on nearly every singe one of them.

A forum or a social networking website are great examples of websites that can make a killing using this type of business model. It's much like people who only sign up for a newsletter after first seeing an example.

Who should venture where one has not blogged before?

No one wants to be a lemming (I would hope). How do you decide whether or not to set up a blog? The answer isn't black or white (what did you expect?). Ask these questions:

Can you regularly update it -- at least five times a week?

Do you have something to say other than just linking to others?

Do you read other blogs or feeds?

Can you provide information of value to others not just to yourself?

How large is your newsletter subscriber list?

How many unique visitors do you get on an average day, week or month?

The big decider is whether or not you can write in the blog almost daily. The people behind the high traffic blogs post multiple times a day. Though resourceful, merely linking to other sites doesn't give visitors much reason to make the effort to come to yours. Reading other blogs or feeds is a great way to learn how to carry a discussion. Find other blogs covering topics similar to yours and check them out. Disagree with their opinions? Write about it and explain your reasons. Cross-blog discussions are common, and that's where trackback comes in handy.

Trackback is a blog feature. If you decide to comment on another blog posting in your blog instead of in that blog's comments page, then you link to the conversation through the trackback link. Trackback is similar to the permalink, the permanent URL for the blog entry, but it has a different URL for copying and pasting in your blog's trackback box.

Aside from the technical aspects of operating a blog on a daily basis, subscriber list size and Web site traffic are good indicators of what kind of reaction you'll get when opening a blog. Starting from scratch with little traffic means you have a long road ahead and lots of work to do. There is no magic formula anyone can sell you for $97 to make your blog an overnight success. But with some perseverance and ingenuity, your blog can engage many prospects and clients.

Pick a niche

Considering there are numerous blogs out there, pick a niche topic when starting a blog for a better shot at attracting and keeping an audience. meryl's notes focuses on three areas: webby, geeky and wordy. In reality, this is too much. What I need to do for my readers is create three separate blog entry points, so those interested in writing, newsletters and Internet marketing get nothing but the wordy entries. Those interested in Web design get the webby stuff and the technophiles receive the geeky content.

I also manage a personal blog separate from meryl's notes. It's about cochlear implants and deafness. This could fall under the geeky category, but it's a personal blog and doesn't belong in meryl's notes. This blog is written for a different audience.

The blogging tools for both of my blogs come with syndication capabilities so those using feed readers or aggregators can read the content through the software. For an explanation of syndication and feed readers, refer to What Is This RSS, XML, RDF, and Atom Business? When sending a new issue of a newsletter, comment on it or link to it in the blog, that way the blog and feed readers will get the goods, so all three bases are covered.

Blogs in disguise use the same tools

Blogging tools aren't just for, well, blogging. Such tools are an excellent way to help you update your Web site more often than you otherwise would. I use it to manage the list of tableless Web sites. Using blogging tools is much easier than the way I managed it before, updating the HTML files by hand. Though using a blog tool, it isn't a blog. In this case, the blog tool has become a content management system (CMS).

Small business owners don't have a need for the fancy and pricey CMSes out there. They find it easier to use blogging software to manage their sites or hire someone to adapt the tool for their site. Women's Spirituality is one such site. Karen Casey may not use the blog, but she does have discussions surrounding the articles she writes.

Blogs have found a place in businesses and people are finding creative ways to use them. Some companies have a blog on the intranet for communicating project status, jeopardies and metrics. They're used for knowledge management. With information pouring in, blog tools provide a way to share, organize and process the information.

Being a follower can be good or bad. No one wants to walk off a cliff with the lemmings, but everyone wants to succeed. Best practices won't help, since the decision to blog is based on the organization's mission, needs and goals along with its target market's desires and needs. A blog about lemmings? There is one, sort of. Or maybe you'd like to start your own and talk about dumb business moves.

Value for money is a personal thing depending on so many variables that I can't answer that question for you. What I can say is that I find $69.97 quite a steep price (especially given the Australian exchange rate which knocks me about). However, if you can use the bonuses, especially bonus two of a free AdSense critique, it could represent value for money. The free critique and one-on-one support could be worth thousands ... if you make sure you use it.

Also, there are numbers of links within the text that lead to free utility programs etc that add value to your purchase.

And the Negatives?

In my opinion the only negatives are that the ebook isn't as professionally presented as it could be (given the price) and that the downloading process is convoluted. Having said that, if you are looking for content and don't care if the format and layout is ordinary, then presentation of the ebook won't matter. As for the downloading, it involves completing a subscription box and sending an email from a post-payment page to retrieve a link to another page from which the downloads can be made. But before the final download step, one has to confirm the email details. All of this could be prevented if the download page presented immediately after purchase.

Conclusion

If you want to learn how to establish or increase an AdSense PPC stream of income, this book certainly delivers the goods and will give you a good start.

There are dozens of things you can do today to generate income almost immediately. Add to that the bonuses, especially the one-on-one support and you will be well on your way to joining those of us who earn income from AdSense for doing nothing but placing links on our sites.

In some ways it is a marriage of convenience, while in other cases it is a mutually beneficial relationship that makes a level of exposure possible that few had considered achievable. In simplest terms, AdSense is Google's brainchild and is a program destined to remain in place. Website owners turn into marketers by placing the AdSense code onto their sites, and Google will populate the allotted fields with ads targeting the webmaster's niche by being relevant to the site's content. Webmasters sign up for the AdSense banners and then receive a bit of code which is quickly and simply incorporated into the site. As visitors come to the marketer's site, the meter ticks and each and every time an ad is displayed or a link is clicked, there is a credit put toward the marketer's account. Webmasters may earn per click rewards but also impression based revenue which is usually calculated on a per-thousand ad display. Anybody who is keen to master the net and get their Internet marketing startup running at a profit will have thought about using Google Adsense. The basic technique is not difficult to grasp. You create a page on your website with some original content around your chosen keywords, you add some Adsense ads, and then you promote your page by, among other things writing articles and blogs around those same keywords. Trouble is, the big earning keywords are all being chased by between millions of other people, at least according to the results from a quick Google search. Take the word "internet". I have just typed it into Google, without inverted commas, and found that there are 2,020,000,000 results... :-0 That number is so big I don't think I can say it, let alone compete for a share of Adsense revenue on that particular keyword! Everybody will tell you that you that you'd be crazy to choose "internet" as your key word and go up against billions of competitors. After all, far from being able to master the net and dominate your niche, your miserable little Internet marketing startup site barely attracts two original visitors per day. And one of those is you checking your site from your home computer. The other is you checking your site from your work computer when the boss is out of the office. But wait a minute... How many of those results are really worth anything? How many does Google really rate? Let's fiddle about and see if we can't improve our chances... How about this? Go to Google, type in "internet" and check out the huge number of results it pulls up. Now click on the "Preferences" link to the right of the search box. Scroll down the "preferences" page until you come to the section named "number of results". Click on the drop down box and change it so that it reads "Display 100 results per page". Scroll back up the page and click the "Save Preferences" button. When you do that you'll be taken back to the Google search page. Now, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the tenth page of listings beneath the Goooooooooogle logo. Normally you'd be taken to listings 91-100, but now that you have changed your preferences you will be taken to listings 910-1,000... ...Or will you? When I arrived on that page I was shown a list of the 910th-942nd sites only. A statement beneath the 942nd read: "In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 942 already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included." Er, no thank you, I won't be needing to see all the "omitted results" which are "very similar to the 942 already displayed" thank you very much. The fact is that 2,019,999,058 of the 2,020,000,000 sites are JUST PLAIN JUNK that are NOT rated at all by Google. So, my dear Internet marketing newbie, all you have to do now is write some original content on the subject of the Internet, place it on your site along with those Google Adword ads, upload your site, and then start writing fascinating articles and blog posts all about the Internet, and point them all back to your site and in short order you will find your website somewhere above 942/2,020,000,000 place on Google and attracting more traffic than just you in your working and domestic capacities! So, next time you find a nice lucrative keyword or keyword phrase which Google Adsense pays out several dollars or more per click on, don't be afraid to go out and compete for it, provided you can commit yourself to creating well original content for your site, your blog and the numerous article directories around the Internet. You will soon find your site appearing on the top ten pages with fewer than 1,000 sites to compete against and you will come to believe that yes, your Internet marketing startup really can dominate any niche and master the net!
